Eva Papp, a Washington sole proprietor d/b/a The School of Dae Nova (“EvaPapp”) provides websites, including www.evapapp.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “Websites”), online learning courses, including the School of Dae Nova and its course called the Via Dae Nova (collectively, the “Courses”, and each, a “Course”), and other online services (collectively, with the Websites and Courses, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) sets forth how EvaPapp collects, uses, protects, stores, and otherwise processes your Personal Information (defined below). This Policy does NOT apply to information EvaPapp collects offline or you provide to or is collected by any third party (except as otherwise provided below).

1. What types of Personal Information does EvaPapp collect?

EvaPapp may collect different types of information from you depending on how you use the Services, including Personal Information. “Personal Information” means information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.

For example, EvaPapp may collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, telephone number, sensory information (e.g., audio and visual), IP address, payment information, location information, information on your interaction with the Websites, and information from the content that you share publicly in a Course or from the content that you share directly in your communications with EvaPapp, among other categories of Personal Information.

EvaPapp may also collect information that does not generally identify you but may become associated with your account. EvaPapp may use information that does not identify you for any permissible business purpose under applicable law.

2. From what sources does EvaPapp collect Personal Information?

Directly From You

EvaPapp may collect your Personal Information when you provide it to EvaPapp directly. For example:

· When you join a Course, EvaPapp may collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, and telephone number.

· When you engage in an Unscripted Talks conversation with EvaPapp, EvaPapp may collect your first and last name, email, social media handles and sensory information.

· When you use the public functions in a Course, EvaPapp may collect the information you choose to disclose.

· When you contact EvaPapp or report a problem with the Services, EvaPapp may collect records and copies of your correspondence.

Automatically From You

EvaPapp may collect your Personal Information automatically as you use the Services. For example, EvaPapp may collect your Personal Information as you browse the Websites. For more information about EvaPapp’s use of automatic data collection technologies, please see Section 3 below.

From Third Parties

EvaPapp may receive your Personal Information from or through third parties that help EvaPapp provide or facilitate your access to the Services. For example, EvaPapp may receive your Personal Information from Google, Ruzuku, Squarespace, or Stripe.

EvaPapp abides by this Policy when EvaPapp uses Personal Information provided to EvaPapp by third parties. However, EvaPapp does not control the Personal Information that third parties collect or how they use that Personal Information. You should review the third parties’ privacy policies for more information about how they collect, use, and share the Personal Information they obtain and use.

3. How does EvaPapp use cookies and other automatic data collection technologies?

When you visit the Websites, EvaPapp may ask your browser to store a “cookie,” which is a small text file, on your device to remember information about you. Some cookies remain on your computer until you delete them; others, like session ID cookies, expire when you close your browser. These cookies improve your experience by helping EvaPapp better tailor EvaPapp’s Services to you. Cookies on the Services may also come from third parties. On a de-identified basis, Google analyzes your use of EvaPapp’s Websites on EvaPapp’s behalf. 4. For what purposes does EvaPapp collect Personal Information?

• To provide or improve the Services – EvaPapp may use your Personal Information to process your requests to access the Services and certain of their features and to generally present and improve the Services. For example, EvaPapp may use your Personal Information to improve a Course.

• To administer the Services – EvaPapp may use your Personal Information for any lawful business purpose in connection with administering the Services. For example, if you reach out to EvaPapp with a customer service inquiry, EvaPapp may use your Personal Information to respond to you or to troubleshoot an issue you reported having with the Services.

• To market the Services – EvaPapp may use your Personal Information to market the Services to you. For example, when you sign-up for EvaPapp’s newsletter, EvaPapp may send you news and updates about EvaPapp’s products and the Services.

• In furtherance of legal, health, and safety objectives – EvaPapp may access, use, and share with others your Personal Information for purposes of health, safety, and other matters in the public interest. 5. In what situations does EvaPapp disclose your Personal Information?

EvaPapp may disclose your Personal Information:

• To EvaPapp’s social media platforms such as Facebook;

• To EvaPapp’s affiliates;

• To EvaPapp’s lawyers, consultants, accountants, business advisors, and similar third parties who owe EvaPapp duties of confidentiality;

• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a sale or transfer of some or all of EvaPapp’s assets in which Personal Information held by EvaPapp pertaining to the users of EvaPapp’s Services is among the assets transferred;

6. How is my Personal Information protected?

EvaPapp protects your Personal Information through a combination of collection, security, and retention policies.

• Limited retention. EvaPapp only keeps your Personal Information for as long as EvaPapp needs it for business and operational needs or to comply with any statutory, regulatory, or legal obligations. For example, EvaPapp may retain Personal Information collected from you to support customer service inquiries and prevent repeated violations or suspected violations of the Terms of Use if your account has been banned or your access to the Services has been disabled for any reason.

• Purpose limitation. EvaPapp will use your Personal Information only for the Services you choose to access and for the purposes for which you choose to share it. EvaPapp will respect your requests to start or stop processing your Personal Information for marketing purposes, as well as the types of marketing messages you may wish to receive.

Your practices and activities are likewise very important for the protection your own Personal Information. You can take certain steps to help protect your Personal Information, such as being mindful of what you share publicly in a Course. Users should also not pick a password that is easy to guess and should not share their password.

Please remember that EvaPapp has no control over what third parties do with the content of your communications and no responsibility or obligation regarding third parties—IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PUBLICLY AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Is a child’s Personal Information collected by EvaPapp?

A “Child” is a person under 13 years old.

EvaPapp understands the importance of protecting Children’s privacy, especially online. Accordingly, the Services are not designed for a Child audience, nor are the subjects or content designed for Children. EvaPapp does not knowingly collect, maintain, use, or disclose Personal Information of any Child. If you are a parent or guardian of a Child who has submitted Personal Information, please contact EvaPapp.

8. How will EvaPapp notify users of changes to this Policy?

EvaPapp reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time consistent with applicable law. If EvaPapp makes changes to this Policy, EvaPapp will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Policy, and in some cases, EvaPapp may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement in a Course or on the homepage of EvaPapp’s Websites, or sending you an email notification).
